Lyn Disley of CPL, congratulated Crescendo Biologics, who were highly commended, and Evonetix, who won the award. The event held at Cambridge Science Park, was filled with business leaders and those developing the future.
Now in their third year, and supported by a stellar cast of sponsors, the awards are a celebration of the depth of talent across the Cambridge region.
With 15 categories, including two for individuals, the awards attracted a record number of entries.
The winners were determined by a panel of judges, which also highly commended some finalists.
The event began with a networking reception, sponsored by HSBC, with more than 200 people attending.
